Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
-Clients MUST cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to their appointment time.
-Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
-No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be restricted from future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy:
-A 10-minute grace period is given. After 10 minutes may result in shortened service time.
-Arrivals after 15 minutes may be required to reschedule and a late fee of $15 will be applied.
Deposit Policy:
-A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure an appointment.
-The deposit will go towards the total cost of services.
-Deposits can be transferred ONCE, if rescheduled within 45 days.
Mobile Service Policy:
-A travel fee will apply
-Clients MUST provide a clean, quiet space with access to an outlet.
-If the esthetician arrives and the environment is unsafe or unsanitary, the appointment will be cancelled, and the full-service fee will be charged.
Refund Policy:
-All services are FINAL. NO REFUNDS!
- If a client has concerns about their service, they must contact the esthetician within 24 hours for adjustments or recommendations.
Health & Safety Policy:
-Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies or recent procedures during booking.
-If a client has a contagious condition, the appointment must be rescheduled.
-The esthetician reserves the right to refuse service if a client's skin is compromised or if they appear ill.
